Xbox Rewards "My Missions" not showing that my purchase is counting towards the ...

I was just looking at my Xbox Rewards account for the Summer Spotlight missions, and it doesn't show that I have purchased any of the available Summer Spotlight games. I just purchased the Telltale Batman series yesterday, and I don't understand why that
purchase is not counting towards that mission? I wanted to make sure that this purchase would count towards the $40 of necessary purchases for the My Missions: Summer Spotlight so that I could receive those extra credits once I make my next purchase. Would
you be able to help explain why this is not showing for me or help fix this issue with my account?

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

Bundle / MyVIP Help Required

Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and pre-orders don't count towards VIP. Anything else is eligible so the bundle and any games that are on sale will count. If you do purchase a game that is eligible for another offer on the site at the time, the purchase
will count towards that offer instead of your rebate, but will count towards your VIP progress.

Ok Thankyou so if I'm understanding correctly, as long as the bundle doesn't qualify towards another ongoing 'mission' on my rewards, I get the rebate value. I can't get the my mission progress and the rebate at the same time?

It does take about 96 hours for purchases to be recognized by the program. So a purchase from yesterday would not show up yet. But the program has been having issues tracking purchases for that offer and is working to fix it.

Hi lfomariano. Only purchases made in your Xbox Live Rewards currency counts towards the program. Since your purchases were not made in the same region, they do not count towards offers.

Unfortunately no. Past purchases can't be counted toward rewards points.

All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site. In order to earn credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP
rebates.

Bing Rewards is a completely separate program and will not count toward earning rewards credits.
