Did anyone get some kind of email/notification this was going to happen?

So whats "enough money" i'm sure I spent at least 300+ in that time frame all digital.

Sunset overdrive + season pass (80), 55 bucks on 4 sale games (KSR, Shadow of Mordor, lego super heroes, sniper elite) about 200 bucks in neverwinter (that *** adds up quickly), about 60-80 in smite. 30 to renew EA access. i assume that's way above average.

Overall it's pretty dumb for them to change it w/o saying anything, but to be honest, i never followed it. I signed up, do surveys occasionally, and spend money and get free money back in returns. Can't complain too much

I guess going by what Smwutches is saying, did you earn those stars from the period September 1, 2014 - August 31, 2015? If you had the stars before that, then maybe that's why you got taken back to 0?

Anyway, I agree that it should be consistent across the board, but it's also a warning that you shouldn't rely on the rewards program or the rebate if they can change things at will.

Even though I was only 1 star the rebate was still nice. It was an extra € here and there and god knows I've been 1 euro short so many times.

Go to rewards support and you'll see a ton of questions and complaints about it.
