Xbox Rewards- MS moves the goal posts again.

Yep that's right after 2 years of buying overpriced Digital trying to get my star reward up ( nearly at 3) MS now reset it to 1 and it seems it will now reset every year. Good Job MS /s Microsoft looking into Xbox Live Rewards reset fiasco

GamePass Quest Reward

It doesn't. The reward has already been sent to people who completed it. I completed it, but did not receive my reward. So, I'll ask again, how do I get my reward?

As mentioned before, the rewards given to those participating in the Xbox Quest and Game Pass Goals are not guaranteed. If this is in regards to a different promotion, please post back to let us know, but Rocket League is not a guaranteed reward for the Quests
as the rewards are randomly drawn depending on the amount of goals completed. The reward you were supposed to receive has already been delivered.

Yeh,they like the loyal fans so much,we can now spend even more to have to gain a level yippee

They've changed the amount of money you need to spend to reach a new star level and in doing that they've decided to start you over a 0%. As if that wasn't enough they decided to add insult to injury and knock you down a star level or two.

There are a lot of upset people.

I'm now 0 stars and 0%. They reset it twice this year. In January and September. In January at least they didn't knock you down a few star levels. They just reset your current progress to 0%.

 

Yep this truely is pathetic.

 

So why does mine remain unchanged then?

 

Just checked and my stats appear to be fine.

 

While my stats look fine. I am reading quite a few reports of people being reset, so there is a real problem here that needs to be fixed.

 

Did anyone get some kind of email/notification this was going to happen?

 

There was no announcement.It happened a couple of weeks ago.

I only found out because someone pointed it out in the support forums.

I've got 2 stars. Also got a bubble floating over the rebate which reads, "Your 2% rebate could be 4%! Get double Rewards by going Gold!"
