Xbox Rewards Mission (no rewards)

2 weeks ago today, I decided to do one of the missions. When you pre ordered a select game, you would receive 15,000 credits within a two week period. I pre ordered Final Fantasy 15 which was on the list and still have not gotten the credits yet.

Apologies if this is not the right place to ask this questions. Please let me know if his is the case.

Anyway.
If I am level 10 in borderlands 2 and play a side mission and get a reward. Will this reward be the same regardless of your level? For example, would I get the same reward if I played the mission at level 15 instead?

I completed two missions but didn't a reward yet so can you have a look please:

first mission: You’re one step closer to your Reward

I got For honor -$59.99- and The technomancer -$15-

Second mission-from my email-: All Rewards should be this effortless

I got Sniper Elite 4 -$59.99- and Candleman -$14.99-

If you preordered digitally it would count towards your Games on Demand punchcard and you would need to purchase 2 more eligible games in order to receive the credits.

If you preordered as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com, the credits will show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game ships.

 

I misunderstood what the rewards mission description meant, i dont know how.. Ok then. I'll start checking on the 29th and take it from there.

15 days after the product has been shipped, let us know!
