At first i missed Xbox rewards. Microsoft rewards system seemed a lot worse at the start but its a lot better now.

Earning reward points while gaming with Xbox Gamepass is awesome.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Preorders do not count towards VIP.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since you were a zero star member, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
Since you recently purchase enough in November to become a one star member, you have begun to receive Credits on your purchases.

Since the requirement for MyVIP rank 2 is $600, and you have not yet spent this amount in eligible spending, you are not VIP level 2.

As stated in the FAQ for this offer, and on the offer page itself, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since you did not make three purchases you did not complete the offer.

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order
each game before its shown release date to qualify. Please note that retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time
database to determine local time.

Additionally, you are registered as a Great Britain Rewards Member. Only purchases made in your region's currency (GBP) is eligible for Rewards. We see multiple different currency types on your account, and this purchase in particular was not made in GBP,
so it would not have been eligible for Rewards.
