    Hi there! I just had a quick question/Concern about the oncoming integration between Xbox Rewards to Microsoft Rewards in regards to my account. You see, I few years ago, (going on close to 3 years now) I had been banned on the Microsoft Rewards side of
    things for issues that I do not even know or remember at this point. With the merging of the two, I am worried that I won't be able to access anything that ain't had worked up on my Xbox Rewards side of things. I have been a Xbox Live member for 7+ years at
    this point, and had recently discovered some of the fruitful benefits that this service can provide, and now that this merging is occuring with my banned account, I am going to be losing any opportunity to become even more invested into it. Any help with my
    predicament would extremely helpful. Thank you for your time and I truly hope you guys have a great rest of the day!

    The Microsoft Rewards pogram is not changing. The Xbox Rewards program is turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. So you would not lose any Microsoft Rewards points.
