Xbox rewards/live gold renewal issues

I have Xbox live gold. I just renewed on the 3rd and should be getting 8% back on purchases being I'm star level 4 (like I was before) but in the rewards site its telling me I don't have gold is only giving me 4%. I've confirmed
with Xbox support that I do have an active account.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. We see that we are identifying you as a Gold member, and have not given out Rewards Credits for renewals since 2014. If you are having issues with the Gold service, you should contact Xbox Support at (support.xbox.com/contact-us).

Keep in mind that it takes the program about 96 hours to recognize changes to your account. So it would be too soon to see your renewal from the 3rd.

We see that you are currently Gold and are being Rewarded at 8%. Your most recent MyVIP payback for December was calculated at that percent. Please keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new data, so you may have briefly
seen that you were not Gold.

Xbox LIVE Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards members for renewing their Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions, playing games, engaging with Xbox LIVE features, making purchases from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace etc... and a gold member does mean a xbox live gold
member.

@xXx3nforcerxXx It all depends on when you renewed your Xbox Live Gold. If you renewed before joining the Xbox Live Reward Program then you won`t be credited the 200msp. If you were already a member of the program but recently renewed (in the last month
or so) your XBL Gold Subscription then you should be credited the 200msp reward sometime in September. If you feel that you should`ve been credited the reward already, you can contact Xbox Live Rewards through their Twitter feed @XboxLIVERewards to get further
assistance.
