    Xbox Rewards keeps saying to "Go Gold" but I already am (and have been for YEARS!)


    when I log in to rewards.xbox.com, I am only getting 4% rewards back, instead of the 8% I am entitled to as an Xbox live gold member. Why is it not working properly? I am gold through May 2018!

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with some preview program members were new subscriptions are not correctly recorded. This was due to changes for those members in how subscriptions are stored in the database. We are working on
    getting this new subscription data correctly reflected. We are also delaying MyVIP for April until this issue is resolved, to ensure that you are rewarded at the Gold level. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay.

    what is really bothering me if i have gold also and yet i am not earning any reward points, everytime i login to reward page on xbox.com it just says signup for gold and i already have had gold for years now, it shows previous points i earned year ago but
    its not showing any points for this year at all earned, and thats upsetting me why have gold if i cant even earn reward points. their website on xbox.com reward page is messed up so badly, they need to fix it, it keeps saying unlock for vip and when i click
    it , it says signup for gold and i have had gold for long time.
