    I am inquiring about the Pre-Order Punchcard rewards mission. I had preordered three games; Mafia III, WatchDogs 2, and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare before the release dates and the titles show that i had preordered them but I am only showing 2of3 punches.
    FAQ says to wait 96 hours to have my account reflect the purchases and that I should receive my rewards credit within 96 hours of the last preordered date. My account doesn't hasn't updated with the 15000 credits.

    With the preordering of the various games I should now have moved up to 3 Star VIP and earning 6% back. My status hasn't been updated either. When will that take affect and will purchases I have previously made since advancing to 3 Star VIP have the 6%
    back retro apply and future purchases qualify for the 6% even though my status hasn't been updated in your system yet?

    i have been a member since 4/7/2011 but i have not seen any rewards deposited in my account, and if they have i have not seen any of them reflected to my xbox live account

    Hello aEsFocuz,

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page. This is why your currently pending Credits have not been deposited. Your last deposit as shown on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page was May 27, 2015. If you have not yet spent those funds from your
    Microsoft Account, they would have expired at this point.

    Support will double check the punchcard (keep in mind that if you preordered any of the games before October 1, they would not be eligible for that offer), but preorders do not count towards VIP.

    It looks like since your purchase was made very near the release of Watch Dogs 2, it was not properly tracked for this offer as the offer did not record its pre-order status correctly. We will adjust this for you, and you should see the change shortly. As
    Smwutches' says, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, so your recent pre-orders did not increase progress.

    Your statement on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site will list when any deposits may have taken place. Then you'll want to check
    http://commerce.microsoft.com and you should see your deposits listed in the digital returns.
