Is that for digital downloads? Thought it was just for buying them from the Microsoft store.

 

Not sure if the Canadian cold front has frosted over Kingvas' brain or if he needs help from the Derek Zoolander Center for Kids who cant read good, but the current offer of 15k rewards credits is for purchases from microsoftstore.com. And last time I checked
MS store doesn't sell digital downloads. Unless they just started, but that would've been pretty big news and I haven't heard it mentioned anywhere. If the OP could provide a screenshot where it states this offer applies to Digital downloaded games I'd appreciate
it.

Exact same message I got for pre-ordering Halo:MCC Mr Akame....... and I got my $15 credit.... ordered from my X1 as a Digital Download (just to clear that big mystery up...)

 

Akame is right. You have to pre-order a physical disc from microsoftstore.com in order to get the credits. There was a special Halo offer for purchasing digitally, but that was a different offer.
