xbox rewards help

Hi, I recently purchased two games for the xbox store on the 4th of June. But I haven't received any credit back. The two games I purchased were Ghost Recon Deluxe Edition and Tekken 7. I have a level four reward level. Can you help please.

xbox 360 owners upgrading to xbox one!!

Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

New to me. I'm not in the preview program yet haven't had someone invite me yet, but that's good to know. They should reward those that help the most, why not reward the ones that help test stuff out.

 

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see VIP credits pending for June purchases.

We calculate your purchases for MyVIP payback as a monthly whole, and place these Credits as pending by mid-month the following month. Here is the full FAQ entry:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

This is so your MyStatement on the MyRewards page isn't filled up with hundreds of little Credit events. Keep an eye out for these Credits next month! When placed as pending, they'll be dated as the last day of the month (June 30th).
