    Spoke to xbox support twice now, once on a Wednesday who told me my rewards would be in in 90 hours and just now past the 90 hour mark who then referred me here...

    Phone/chat support do not handle the Rewards program so they would not have correct information regarding offer.

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum for rewards support to check into your account. If you can post the offer you're looking for credits from, that would help too.
