    Xbox rewards - Forza 7 sweepstakes


    There has been a couple of times where I try to use my key for the forza 7 giveaway and nothing happens after the initial video. So I refresh the page, and it subtracts a key from my balance of keys, not letting me have a chance to hit the “turn the key”
    button. It adds the key to the overall balance for entries into the grand sweepstakes though. So I’m not sure if the key was used and it wasn’t a winner or if nothing happened. Thanks.

    Hello Helen Kellerrr,

    Your key will still play, even if the video fails to load properly. The video is just a visual confirmation of your key play, and any prizes you may win are not dependent on this video playing. If you do win, you should receive an email to the address you
    registered into the sweepstakes with.
