    Xbox rewards for mission in October not being rewarded


    I completed all 4 steps to the my mission for October. Where I had to spend $45 on game/movies (got my rewards for that), then I got the rewards for buying an avatar item (got the rewards for that), but I was not awarded the rewards for getting achievements
    and this didn’t get the rewards for completing the mission. Please advise.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have identified why this occurred, and have adjusted your account manually. You should see the achievements complete shortly. The bonus should come shortly after, after our system processes the completion of the achievement

    I have completed all steps for the November #YOLO missions,

    I have been rewarded for the first to stages but not for the achievements or for completing the mission.

    Activity done before being a Rewards member is not eligible for Rewards. Since you have not had any MyAchievements promotions since you registered on the fourth of October, you are not eligible for Gems from going up a MyAchievement rank.

    Gem to credit conversion rate

    Hello ohno itstheCoPz,

    Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
    Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
    into Microsoft Rewards Points.

    As communicated on the website and to your email back in October, Xbox Live Rewards was transitioned to Microsoft Rewards in your region. Since you are no longer a Xbox Live Rewards member, you are not eligible for any Xbox Live Rewards offers.
