Xbox Rewards emails being sent to my old email address

Hey.

I updated my email address about 2 month ago, and updated all of my contact info on the billing part of microsoft.com... But the rewards.xbox.com emails are still going to my old email address - Any idea where to change this?

Xbox Live Rewards email address not updated

I recently change my email address associated with my Microsoft account. Since then all notifications regarding all MS accounts are being delivered to my new email address, except Xbox Live Rewards. I'm still all the emails from the Rewards program in my
old email address. I couldn't find any place in the profile settings to fix this issue. Please help me resolve this.

Email Address for Promotions and Receipts

I need help changing my email address for the promotions from xbox one and more importantly the receipts for the games I buy. I changed my microsoft email, but their emails are still being sent to my old address. Thanks!

Yes. Updating your Microsoft account (email) associated with your Gamertag will not impact your Xbox Live Rewards Credits deposits. However, if you do make this change, you won't be able to sign into the Xbox Live Rewards site with your old Microsoft account
(email) until you take an extra step. After 72 hours, you will need to re-register for the programme with the new Microsoft account (email). After 4 days you should be able to sign in with your new Microsoft account and view your information on the MyRewards
page.

 

Thanks mate, I'll try re-registering. Though I'm confused as I can log into rewards with my new (current) email address, so I'm not sure what's happened, lol. But, cheers Deez!
