    Why do I have 2 Xbox rewards accounts?

    The rewards on the drop down menu are for the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program.

    I had the exact same issue, for weeks it wouldn't let me onto the rewards page at all...Then in July it fixed itself, must have a server side issue. No problems with it since, even did July's questionnaire yesterday

    Works for me i did have a problem with rewarads last week just check again in a few days or contact xbox support.

    Why do I have 2 Xbox rewards accounts?

    The rewards on the drop down menu are for the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program.

    Well, I´m not sure if has something to be with it, but currently, the Xbox rewards services is shutting down, and becoming the Microsoft rewards.
    He's referring to Microsoft Rewards. The Xbox Rewards program already shut down almost a year ago.
