    Xbox Rewards doesn't see I have Xbox Live Gold.


    I have had Xbox Live Gold for a few years now, but I just recently started to use the Xbox Rewards program. While looking through the MyMissions section, under 'MyChallenges,' it says to 'Keep your Xbox Live Gold membership active for 3 consecutive months.'
    And when I click that, it tells me to 'Join Today.' How can I get my Xbox Rewards account to see that I already have Gold?

    Gold Status not appearing

    My rewards page (for xbox live rewards) indicates I can get more rewards if I "go gold" but i've been a xbox live gold member for several years now. My gamertag and everything is correct, can't see why it doesn't realize I'm gold.

    Xbox Live Rewards - One year Gold

    Hi,

    i have used a code for One Year Subscription of Live Gold, but i doesn't see any point in Xbox Live Rewards.

    I used the code from the console Xbox One, not by browser, reedeming a code purchased in Mediaworld Italy.

    Will do i have some points for my One Year Subscription ?

    How recently have you joined the program? The challenge will complete after you have had gold since the day you joined. So if you haven't been in the program for 3 months yet, it would be too soon to have earned the gems for that offer. The link is just
    a default and will take to you to the purchase page for gold even if you already have gold.

    Error in gold status

    Hello DannyWC,

    We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:

    My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    From the FAQ:

    I was referred by an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member and purchased an Xbox Live Online Gold membership. I'm also an Xbox Live Rewards member. When can I expect to receive my 5,000 Rewards Credits?



    To receive your 5,000 Rewards Credits, you must join Xbox Live Rewards and upgrade your Xbox Live account to Gold Online membership within 14 days of receiving the referral and retain your Gold membership for at least 30 days. If you meet all these requirements,
    Credits may take up to 45 days to be deposited into your Microsoft account.

    We see that you were referred August 2nd, and that the Credits for that referral have been pending since September. You can see these pending Credits on your MyRewards page.

    If you are a member of the xbox live rewards program and are a gold member of xbox live, you can send them a link found on your rewards refer page that your friend can use to sign up for xbox live gold, for this you will both recieve a reward for refering
    stated on the rewards website. If this doesn't solve your problem, could you specify more about what your issue involves
