    Xbox Rewards did not deposit to Microsoft Rewards Balanced even though it says deposited


    Hi there, when does the xbox rewards points show up in my microsoft reward balance? On 12/28/16, in my xbox live rewards dashboard I see that the rewards were deposited "Rewards Deposited - 30,000 Credits" but I can't figure where they were deposited to?
    Can you help?

    My Rewards Credits balance seems wrong. What should I do?

    When i check my statement from the last 6 months, it says that i got a deposit "01/25/17 - Rewards Deposited - 30,000 Credits" and another one even more recently "06/14/17 - Rewards Deposited - 5,500 Credits"

    Where did these get deposited to?

    xbox live rewards funds missing/not deposited

    I have had 20,250 reward credits since 3/20/2018 and was expecting the deposit on the 30th but got nothing, the rewards page still says I have the credits even though the currency has not been deposited to my account when it should have been, plz help

    They would have been deposited on that date. You can verify deposits at
    http://commerce.microsoft.com     Rewards deposits will be listed as a digital return.

    http://commerce.microsoft.com     Rewards deposits will be listed as a digital return.

    Where is it?

    The credit would have been added to your Microsoft account balance. You can check for the deposit by checking your returns at
    http://commerce.microsoft.com It might show as an Xbox Rewards deposit even though it's not actually from the Rewards program.

    Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

    For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

    If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

    They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.
