Xbox Rewards "Deposited"

Hi,

I have only just been notified to check rewards as I have some to claim, when going on there to claim for the first time since I joined in beta testing it was showing that I missed a lot of rewards. I always thought the rewards you get for playing or buying
things were auto redeemed, so in the years I have been part of this program I feel like I have probably missed a lot.

Also now it is swapping to microsoft rewards I feel like this is my last chance to get the rewards I should already have.

I hope someone is able to assist or if I am wrong to explain what it means by "deposited" instead of saying "claimed"

Xbox Rewards did not deposit to Microsoft Rewards Balanced even though it says deposited

Hi there, when does the xbox rewards points show up in my microsoft reward balance? On 12/28/16, in my xbox live rewards dashboard I see that the rewards were deposited "Rewards Deposited - 30,000 Credits" but I can't figure where they were deposited to?
Can you help?

Correct account, says points deposited, but they aren't in my microsoft awards balance

My xbox rewards statement says 8,800 credits were deposited on 11/9/16. However, my Microsoft rewards balance does not show this. My current Microsoft rewards balance is just over 21k, all of which can be accounted for through the Microsoft rewards program
offers. Nothing was deposited from xbox rewards.

This is the email I recieved for the 1st time in years telling me to claim within 60 days before it gets removed.

Those are for gems which are not the same as rewards credits. Credits usually are automatically added to your account. Gems that are listed as deposited are from offers that automatically add them to your account, so you're not missing anything there. There
are a few gem offers that require you to claim the gems instead of automatically adding to your total. So those are listed as claimed instead of deposited.

So what are the gems? As in the email it states that they will be transferred across to microsoft reward credits. I thought it had some affect on the rewards I recieve?

You use gems to purchase items from the vault Xbox Live Rewards

It sounds like you may out of date with our program. Gems are a new currency recently started in October. You can read more about Gems on our FAQ (Xbox Live Rewards). Gems are not the same
as Rewards Credits.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

It could be a rewards deposit.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There was no deposit scheduled for the 14th. The first deposit for this month took place on the 12th. If you requested a deposit on or after the 9th, the
credits would be scheduled for the end of the month deposit.

I've received the same thing. I've received a "$10 xbox live rewards deposit," and two "$5 xbox live rewards deposit." I thought this was kind of odd, as I did not request these. Also it states on the transaction record that these "deposits" are also "refunds." Weird!!!

Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.
