Discus and support Xbox Rewards deposit issue in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Xbox reward wont make any deposits, iit says that i have to update my billing info.     Xbox reward wont make any deposits, iit says that i have to update my billing info. I've repeatedly update my info and it keeps giving me the same message

    Xbox rewards deposit issue

    For the last couple of months I have been having an issue of getting my Xbox rewards credits deposited into my account. I get an email saying to check my Microsoft account/region settings which are all correct.

    My account is set to be in the Australian region after transferring from NZ. I have noticed that when ever I go to XboxRewards.com that it always set my region to UK and the same with Xbox.com from time to time. I have no setting that is set to the UK so
    I don't understand why this is happening. I have changed the regions at the bottom of the sites but still get the issue of credits not depositing.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Jeff. Unfortunately, there is currently an issue which is preventing a deposit to your Microsoft account. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. While their fix
    was able to let us make a deposit in June, they have not yet been able to provide us with a consistent solution to this error. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
    communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.
