Xbox rewards credits not received

I did not receive my credits for "Must Watch" for April. I bought "Hostiles" on 4/18, "Jumanji" on 4/28, and "Den of Thieves" on 4/29. All of which were in the New Movies.

Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

Not receiving my rewards credits

I have not received any of my Xbox rewards credits, and my billing info is correct. How can I get those reward credits deposited?

Hello Cwizzler,

Since neither Hostiles or Den of Thieves is on the eligible list for Must Watch, neither purchase went towards that offer. You can see the eligible list for this offer in the offer's FAQ on the FAQ page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/faq/).
There is also a link to the FAQ to see the qualifying content on the offer page.

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.

There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for purchasing those games digitally. There was an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preordered them as physical discs from microsoftstore.com
