Xbox rewards credits not deposited

When I checked my Xbox rewards MyRewards page just now, I saw the following error message:

Attention Needed

Please check your account information so we can make a deposit.

Your deposits aren’t going through! Please ensure the billing information listed in your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button below. If it is, please create a post in our support forum
here.

My billing information seems correct and hence I'm positing here for support. Please check, thanks.

Promotions for 50,000 MS Rewards Credits when upgrading from Xbox 360 to Xbox One

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

 

why have my reward credits not been deposited

hi i have 16000 reward credits which should of been deposited by the 15th may. I'm worried that my credits will not be deposited before the change to Microsoft rewards. Could I please have my 16000 reward credits deposited as soon as possible thank you
