Xbox Rewards credits not converting, please help!

I was told that every 5,000 points would automatically convert to cash in my Microsoft account. I currently have 13,500 and have been over 5,000 since January it looks like.

I understand they convert every 15th and 30th of the month, but I've had Gold for almost 10 years now and never seen points convert.

My Xbox Reward Credits will not convert

I need help with my Xbox reward credits not converting, I've tried using my phone to convert them, also my Xbox itself on Microsoft edge and even my PC but I've had no luck. I have 10,732 credits ready to be deposited but the button will not appear. I am
trying to buy the Styx game bundle during the Spring Deal before it's gone. Please I need help!!

My rewards credits are not converting to $

I have ~ 55,000 rewards credits but they are not converting to $ properly. This problem goes back to 2014.

I get an error "Your account needs updating to make a deposit!".

When I click the "needs updating" link, I see my account and it is up to date.

Please help!

Hello TheEngineFelixe,

The 13500 is your lifetime Credit amount. This includes previously deposited Credits. You can see a lifetime record of your deposit and Credit events from the MyStatement section on the MyRewards page. Currently you have 6000 Credits pending, so we have
automatically scheduled you for a deposit. However, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through
the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your last Credit event that pushed you over 5000 pending Credits occurred on the 9th, your deposit will not occur until the end of month deposit cycle.

Your last deposit was on January 11th, which you can confirm from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). Xbox Live Gold renewals do not award Credits, and have not since July 2014.

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.

There are still many reward credit not converted for. So you made a mistake rewards8. I request 50,000 reward credit to make up for those credits not converted and for VIP errors.

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

Hello PEEVS83,

The 8,700 Credits are your lifetime Credit amount. It is also the amount you received as your deposit. Since these Credits were deposited, they were converted from Rewards Credits into currency and placed into your Microsoft Account to spend. From our FAQ:

What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the funds you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, they will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account. Then, you can head
over to the Xbox Store to purchase your favorite games, TV shows, movies, and much more!
