Xbox Rewards Credits Issue

I have had just over 20,000 credits pending since around the start of the month. Now it states that there's 2 dates when they are issued and one date has passed and my credits are still showing as pending. Will they be deposited by the next one? Credits
never seem to drop when they say they should.

you sure? have you checked your rewards statements/ history? maybe you aren't paying attention when you buy stuff, and seeing the payment source. just trying to think of something. i've never had any issues with getting my credits. i usually get enough for a free movie rental a month.

The last deposit for this month has actually taken place today. So you'll want to check and see if they were deposited today. If not, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum so they can check into it for you.

Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 30,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of the date that your console ships for delivery.

Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early to see the Credits pending on your account. Since your 2,100 points are not Rewards Credits, we cannot offer a fully informed response on that issue. This forum is only for Xbox Live Rewards issues.

MyVIP Vault 5,000 Rewards Credits 5,000 Credits

but nothing has been added to my account yet

thats the issue and xbox support cant help me they told me to come here

Hello ELECTRZx,

As of September 2014, when we changed from MyAchievements to MyVIP for Rewarding, gamerscore does not have any effect on Rewarding. Furthermore, there is no 300 Credits for $10 offer from our program. This forum is only for Xbox Live Rewards program issues.
300 Rewards Credits in our program is $.3 USD.
