XBOX Rewards credit on pending status since 6 may still not deposited to my account

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your British Rewards Account region and your Singaporean Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at
the time of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one
regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to
update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

Since the program will be ending in your region, we will deposit your pending Credit by the end of June 2018. While we are aiming to have your pending Credit deposited by the time of the transition around the 15th, your pending Credits should appear around
the end of the month at the latest.

Since you requested your deposit on May 21st, all your pending Credits before that date were deposited. Since your Vault Credits were placed as pending after that date, they would not be a part of that deposit. This is explained in our FAQ:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

So for example, if you view your MyStatement on the Myrewards page, you will see your Vault Credits were pending on May 26th. This means they were pending in the second half of the month, and will be deposited "on or around the 15th of the next month". Note
that the deposit can occur before that date, but generally will be deposited at the very latest by the 15th.

The Credits for that offer have been pending in your Rewards Account since the 7th. This leads me to believe you may not be up to date on how the Rewards program operates. While this is explained in detail on our FAQ (https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/),
essentially, we first place Credits into your account as pending before we can process them for deposit into your account as actual currency. Since it takes time to process these Credit events for deposits, and we deposit on a bi-monthly cycle (around the
middle and end of the month), a general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since
your Credit event was placed as pending in your account on the 7th, it will be a part of the end of month deposit coming up shortly. For reference, all Credit and deposit events can be viewed from your MyStatement section on the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Since you requested your deposit on the 19th, your pending Credits from before that date were deposited. Since your current Credits were placed as pending on the 24th, they would not have been a part of that deposit. They will be a part of the mid-month
deposit next month. Note that the FAQ says that this will occur "on or around" the 15th of next month, so while the deposit should happen by the 15th of June, it may occur before that date.
