    Xbox Rewards App issue


    For the past few days, I have not been able to spend points in the XBox Rewards app. I can accumulate points and complete rewards challenges; e.g. I have completed the monthly rewards 'quest' for April and the last step was to claim points and enter a free sweepstakes. Yet, when I enter sweepstakes, any sweepstakes, the points are not listed so i cannot spend the free entries or actual points. This goes for anything to buy using points.

    Since that is not an Xbox Rewards program issue, Rewards support will not be able to assist. You may want to try posting in the Games and Apps forum for advice.
