Xbox Rewards 3 years trying to fix this!!!!

3 years a go I bought my Xbox one.

3 years later & this is the 18th time trying to to fix this rewards glitch.

My rewards is stuck to the my 360 ganertag as it's my 360 profile picture despite updating it so I have never got any form of reward for my xbo one purchases or my free game at 10 years service. Below is is a list of purchases that I have not had rewards
for. I want this fixing, for it to work going forward & for my free game to be issued to me. 3 years on & I'm still trying to to speak to someone to help me but no one does!

Xbox live rewards problem

hi,

Since 3 years I didnt receive rewards. I bought lot of games and I subscribe automatically Xbox live gold every years since 10 years.

Please can you help me to fix this problem ?

Xbox Live Rewards Error

I haven't been earning Xbox Rewards points for like 3 years and I've stayed gold. I became a member on 360 when it first came out than Xbox One came out I got it and rewards was still working for like a year and it stopped. I've earned many achievements
and bought & pre-ordered games and haven the earned from that for the past 3 years I was trying to get the resolved HELP?

 

Support will check into it for you, but keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There are generally
no offers to receive credits for hardware so your design lab purchases would not count. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

In-game consumables do not earn credits unless there is a specific offer for them. So your Frontier Points would not have counted towards credits.

The rewards program does not send out free games when you reach 10 years of service. There are no rewards based on tenure.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Hardware purchases are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

There is not, and has never been, a "free game at ten years service". If you are asking about a different Rewards program, you may wish to contact them for more specific assistance.
