Xbox Reward Support ignoring complains!

Anybody else experienced Xbox Support not properly responding to issues with the rewards system?

For month I had issues wir the rewards recognising Achievements, I know tey are working on it. But even with 20 Screenshots and mails they keep telling me everything is fine and simply don't react according to the proofs I send. Even resseting my streak incorrectly but saying it was fine!

Last issue now, no Achievements recognised for the special Heroes Event (500pts), again Screenshots for proof! They respond wirh my streak already having been reset. So clearly they just don't read the mails or check the Screenshots.

Very frustrating!

Ignore what Sony say, they were just two links I picked out of a ton.

Go to the rockstar support pages, people with 360s are complaining of overheating and shutdowns. Thats what Sony said : on the rockstar pages its the 360 owners complaining of the same thing.
