    Xbox reward program isn't registering i have gold


    i bought 1 month gold and i went on the Xbox rewards program website i gone to myrewards and notice it says go gold but i have gold (1 month) and also notice with myvip star rank it should be 2% not 1%. bottom line is why isn't the Xbox rewards program registering
    that I have gold?

    As the title says. I'm a Gold member (monthly recurring, no promotion) and I have been for many years. I've also been enrolled in the rewards program for some time now. I just noticed my gold status isn't registering, which concerns me that I haven't been
    getting the proper % back for some time now. Could you please look into this?

    I'm a xbox gold member with a rewards account. But I'm not getting my gold status discount? Plz help

    my rewards account isn't registering me as a gold member.so i am not getting my gold member discounts. I have been a member since 04/2011. I was hoping you could help me fix this issue

    Please keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new data. If you only renewed your Gold yesterday, then we have not yet received that information.

    Hello Cory Prime,

    Since the Xbox Live Rewards program is ending in your region, you cannot currently register into Xbox Live Rewards. You will have to wait for the Microsoft Rewards program to being in your region before registering into that program.

    This isn't the reason to buy Gold. Never was.

    If anyone is buying Gold because of this reward, then they have no clue what Gold is about.

    Nothing false in the advertising at all, they don't have to give us anything, but they still do. The rewards program has been very rewarding before this feature ever came in.

    You are not a Xbox Live Rewards member. Since the program is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards, you cannot register into the program. Since you are not a member, it is not possible to have 13,000 Credits. You may be thinking of Microsoft Rewards, which
