    Xbox Reward Points won't register


    my last Xbox reward point deposit was from October and since then I have at the least spent $300 dollars on the Xbox store with at least $125 being Xbox Gift cards. So today I went in to check to see what points I had and to find that I had not acquired
    a single point since October 26 (my last deposit date). Here is a list of the items I've purchased since then:

    Skyrim Special Edition- $59.99

    2 Character Packs for Injustice: Gods Among Us each- $4.99

    11 DLC Packs for Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist each- $4.99

    Final Fantasy XV Digital Premium Edition- $84.99

    Worms W.M.D- $20.09

    Dishonored 2- $40.19

    Dragon Age: Inquisition Game of the Year Edition- $12.00

    Astroneer- $19.99

    Here are instructions on how to change it -
    support.xbox.com/.../manage-live-id.aspx

    It will update itself on the Rewards program, however it won't be instant.

    Will I still receive Xbox LIVE Rewards Points if I change my Windows Live ID (email)?

    A. Yes. If you migrate your Xbox LIVE Rewards account to a new Windows Live ID (email), there may be up to a 96 hour delay before you can log into Xbox LIVE Rewards with your new email. You may even be prompted to re-register – just ignore this request,
    but it will not hurt if you re-register. If you attempt to log in with your new email but Xbox LIVE Rewards does not recognize you, you can always check on your points using your old email. Rest assured, once the migration is complete, your points will be
    moved, and you will be able to access the information with your newly linked email.

    Worked for me when my Bing Rewards Microsoft points wouldn't register.
