Xbox reward not being credit

I believe my VIP credit points is incorrect,

I have purchased numerous games from the store but not being credit with VIP points.

I have been a member for two years but not receiving any points.

I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

 

Xbox rewards credits not being deposited.

I have requested a deposit for my xbox rewards credits about a week ago and it is past the date that it said the credits would be deposited, and now when I go to the rewards page it is asking me to request again and have to wait 11 more days to receive the
credit.
