Xbox reward credits not deposited yet.

Hi support,

Earlier I got email for April statement mentioning I had issue with my account. Turns out, my Xbox account and rewards account have mismatched locations. I have already changed my location and billing address temporarily as per previous support correspondence
recommendation before the 15th but the deposit is still not there and I don't get the deposit button on xbox rewards site.

Rewards Credits STILL not deposited

Yet again, no rewards credits have been deposited. Please fix this. I have over 17,000 credits to be deposited.

Rewards credits not deposited into Xbox account

On May 7th I had 10,250 credits in my Xbox Rewards account thinking it would be deposited into my Xbox Account as money on the 15th per usual. It has not happened yet, and with Xbox Rewards ending soon, I want to make sure the credits get deposited as money
into my account before Xbox rewards ends and becomes Microsoft Rewards.

Hello kidmjr,

If you only recently changed your location, we would not have received that change in time. Deposits are scheduled in advance, so any changes during the beginning of the month would not have been made in time for our last deposit on May 9th. If you have
corrected your information so that your regions are matching, you will be a part of the end of month deposit.

Hello Rdeal,

You cannot redeem Rewards Credits from the vault. If you are asking about a deposit of your Rewards Credits, since you are beneath 1000 Credits, you cannot yet request a deposit.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you haven't gotten to 5,000 yet, they haven't automatically
been scheduled for deposit. Since you have over 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

For help with Rewards program offers, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

Hello Nanna Margaret,

I can confirm Smwutches' response. Furthermore, there is a difference between deposited and pending Credits. We cannot deposit directly into your Microsoft account as currency. Your Credits must be first placed into your Rewards Accounts and then deposited
by our deposit process to convert the Credits into currency. As Smwutches says, this operation has not yet occurred, and should take place in the mid month deposit this month.
