    Xbox reward credits not being earned


    hello, I have been a member of the rewards program for a long time and have made lots of digital purchases, however I have only accumulated 277 reward points over these purchases. Xbox support live chat said that something is wrong, and told me to post here.

    MONEY APPEARING IN MICROSOFT ACCOUNT!?!?!?

    It's part of Xbox rewards. You earn credit for buying things on Xbox basically.

    My points are not updating correctly

    The 9365 is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. Gamerscore is earned by getting achievements in games. Rewards credits are earned by completing offers in the Rewards program.

    It's not possible to have 277 credits earned in the Rewards program. Are you referring to the Microsoft Rewards program? If so, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards Program.

    We do not see your account having any Rewards Credits. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft

    We see that you chose to opt out of the program on March 9th this year. Since you must be a Xbox Live Rewards member to earn Rewards Credits, you are not eligible to earn Rewards Credits.
