    Xbox Returned as ''Ready''


    Firstly it was hard to think of a title to describe the issue I am going through Xbox Returned as ''Ready'' :D

    I have had a continuous issue with my console in which it would randomly turn off whilst in game, this then caused my controller to de-sync and then the loop would begin again and again and again....you get it.

    So I have sent this Xbox for repair 3 times now and the issue is still there, i have also sent my power brick back twice and have been issued replacements. On top of this I also got out an electrician to test my power sockets and have also moved my entire
    gaming set up to a different side of the room, but the issue is still there.

    The support member who I was dealing with stated that a replacement unit would be sent instead, but I have the exact same unit yet again (took note of serial no.).

    Am I supposed to take it in good faith that it will now be working after the previous attempts failed to locate the problem? Not only that, I was also told I would be reimbursed 2 months worth of Xbox Live to make up for the downtime I have had whilst my
    console has been back and forth to Germany.

    My console is the Elite (1tb Xbox One Bundle) and is now no longer being made, so I now find myself wondering if I am going to receive the same Xbox every time it has to be sent for repair, which is 3 times a year so far.

    Hi .. Had the same problem and solved excluding my xbox user and clearing the cache HD, then rebooted, downloaded the same user and ready, I returned to stay connected.
