Xbox restarted and removed my account

I need help my little brother’s xbox account got removed from his Xbox (Series S) I don’t remember the email for it but I do remember the password. I clicked on the alternative email option and put my personal one, it told me to put a code that I was going to receive from my phone. After I put the code I see all the email that are linked with my personal one his and other ones came out but it didn’t told me how it is it came like this (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) is there anyway for me to see what it actually says I tried doing it with the code again but I ran out of resend code until the next day

Removing my account, restarting the xbox, logging in again and restarting my xbox again worked.

Sometimes a console isn't properly detecting your Xbox Live Gold membership. In that case you need to remove your account from the Xbox One console, restart the console by holding the console's power button for about 10 seconds and restarting the console.

Then download your account again.

I have tried removing my account and adding it back again, deleting fortnite and reinstalling it, restarting my Xbox, restarting my wifi and motem and router, none of it works for me lol.
