Xbox resets and shuts down when I try signing in

I have been seeing this problem erupt after the update, and studying it closely. The new update seems to create a system/software bug during the sign in process, crashing & forcing a shutdown or reset on the Xbox Console. You can try to do the following:

• Check or feel for heat on the Power Supply or Power Brick to see if it's overheating. (Just to make sure)
  
• Give Xbox Feedback to let them know more about the issue so the Tech Team of the NXOE can identify and neutralize the bug.
  
• Send your Xbox in for a repair at https://myservice.xbox.com/

Please explain in more detail what you are wanting to do.

What i want to know if there's another easy shortcut to power cycle the console without having to press the power button in front of the console for 10 seconds as usual i think the full shutdown option on the settings does a power cycle

Plus does the console also make two chimes when selecting shut down this Xbox rather than resetting the console in the troubleshoot menu it's got four options reset this Xbox, offline update , continue and shut down this Xbox and when i select shut down
this Xbox it makes two chimes when it's shutting down i don't remember hearing it like that

Please could you try clearing your cache on your Xbox One console. You can do this by pressing and holding down the power button, on the console, until the Xbox One completely shuts down. Once it has shut down, please turn your Xbox One back on, and try
to sign into your account again.

If you have managed to sign into your Microsoft Account on here, then it is not an account issue. It looks to be the Xbox that has got itself into a little loop when signing into your profile, on the console.

Try changing the password to the account you are having trouble with. Then sign out of the account, shut down the Xbox and then signing back in with the new password.

try to sign out of account, then do a full computer shut down, then turn back on , sign into account, then start the xbox live app, now try to start game.
