    my friend gameshared me n i was making this my home xbox n he kept doing the same thing n now it says tht *youve already swiyched your home xbox 5 times* n then it says tht ill be able to gameshare next year.... but i want to reset it rn..., any ideas?

    Hey iPlayboi V,

    I the limit of setting it 5 times per year is used you need to wait one year, starting from the first time you set a Console as home to be able to set it again. Its a rolling year base starting from the first a Console was set as home.

    If however you need to factory reset your console or get a replacement console, you can get in touch with offical support over here:

    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Select either "Chat with Xbox Support" or the Phone option at the bottom. They might reset one try after reviewing your case and checking your eligibility for that.
