    I was getting the error code 0 when I was playing the sims 4 and I tried everything but it kept deleting my save so I tried to reset my whole Xbox in settings and now I’m trying to get back into the sims it tells me that I need to install the game to open it but on the Xbox store it says it’s installed along with the packs but says I have to buy it when I click on it.
