    So I am trying to download battlefield 4 from xbox ultimate, and every time i try to open it, it says i need a factory reset of my console. I want to know if i do the reset but keep games and apps, will it reset my accounts, delete my friends list ect. I cant find anything on this question online, so can someone help me out?
