xbox reset with option to keep all games and apps all subscriptions lost

When you select to reset with keeping your games and apps, you do not lose any subscription or games. Because the games and your subscription are not on the Xbox as in the device itself but on your Microsoft account.

In your case you will need to first make sure that you are signed in with the correct account that you had the subscription and V-bucks on. Make sure that you are on the same e-mail and gamertag.

The following troubleshooting step will help you check and make sure that your subscription is active and that everything is up to date:

1- Click on Xbox button on your controller and go to settings.

2- Select settings and then go to account.

3- Select subscriptions.

There you can check if the account you are signed in with has an active subscription or not.

If you need any more help, it would be best that you contact our support and they will be able to check your account from their side Xbox Support.

The no barrier options should suffice.

You can try to reset the console to system default.

Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset console > Keep games and apps.

This will erase all accounts and saved games.

Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost.

In this case, I can only recommend you to factory reset your console:

Press the Xbox button > Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note: the "Reset and keep my games and apps" option will not make you lose your games, but you will need to sign in to your account again.

If the factory reset keeping your games and apps do not work, the only other option would be to factory reset it and remove everything. All your games and apps will need to be installed again. And any save that is not uploaded to the cloud will be lost - but if you are online on your console, they are all uploaded to the cloud, rest assured.

I'm sorry, I know reinstalling everything is not something we want to do. But it is probably the only solution for this issue since the game is refusing to be uninstalled.

Do a factory reset in your Xbox and select the option to keep all games and apps.
