    I’m being told I can’t request a refund cause I’ve “reached a yearly limit” it’s a new year so im confused how I’ve reached a limit.

    It;s not per calendar year but a year since you last reached the refund limit.

    So if you reached your limit on say March 26th 2022 then you wouldn't be eligible until March 26th 2023.Hope that makes sense.

    xbox update ...

    Its a rolling update meaning not everyone gets it at the same time, you can have multiple 360s in your house one may have it already but the other may not get it for another week.

    If i remember right everyone should have it by the 26th of this month.

    System Update for May 26th?

    Wow, hearing how long it was taking some of you to get the new update, I was dreading signing in. I don't know what kind of connection some of you are using, but when I first signed in, I had a download that took about 10-15 seconds, then there was a reboot.
    After the reboot, there was another download that took about 30-40 seconds, with a few more seconds to install and that was it. To be honest, the system reboot & opening 360 animation took longer than update process.



    Is it just me, or does text input seem smoother? I sent a message to a friend, and selecting letters was no longer clunky... Like the D-Pad was actually functioning properly (lol).
