If you requested your points a week ago that would have been too late for the mid-month deposit. When points are requested between the 1st-15th they are deposited at the end of the month when they are requested between the 16th-30th they are deposited around
the middle of the following month.

Since it's been 2 weeks, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 15th.

Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. The request deposit button is only available when you have
at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

Some promotions can take 6-8 weeks to deposit the points to you.

Most rewards are given on the 15th of the following month,so you may get them on the 15th june.

You do not have to "do it again" to get the points your owed.

The request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled to
be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month so there is no longer a need to request one. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

If the credits have been pending before May 1 or you got an email that there is a problem with your account, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for May purchases.

Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you have over 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section of the site and they will be deposited on the
date listed on the site when you make the request.
