    Why does my Xbox turn off immediately after opening the troubleshooting menu?

    Hello again, this is even strange, as said that sent the console twice for warranty is unlikely to come ever with the same problem.

    You've already tried updating the console the last Update in March to see if it's back to normal.

    Hello Nicole, Microsoft released the March update for xbox one consoles and controls, first update your console, and then if necessary, plug the USB cable into the console and upgrade the controller, restart the console, and then make sure it stays connected.
