I was able to request a refund for the one in February but not the one in October 2022. Is it too late for that charge? Look like he bought the game twice on the same day.

I had the same problem. I bought it on December 12 of 2021. In January of 2022 I had to start turning it off once a week. It finally stopped working February 1st of 2022. The switch to turn it on and back off is stuck in the on position. I can't return it to target because I only had til January 24th 2022.

you have maxed the amount of refunds for this year then I'm like ok but I haven't refunded anything this year its a completely new year

My guess is that the max refunds bit covers the previous year, so from February 2021 to February 2022 rather than just being 2022. Other things related to MS/Xbox cover the previous 365 days (as an example, new Xbox Home Switches appear a year after the first was used)
