Yeah, I knew my subscription ended September 8th, my problem was that I was told in August I would be converted to individual (as would the four accounts in my family pack) and we would get three extra months. I've talked to Xbox Support and their answer
is basically "Our system didn't do your conversion in time, so, we can't help you." But, my problem is I was promised in August the conversions would happen "Next week" which was the week of August the 26th. So I'm looking for three months to be added to
my account to match up with what I was promised.

It;s not per calendar year but a year since you last reached the refund limit.

So if you reached your limit on say March 26th 2022 then you wouldn't be eligible until March 26th 2023.Hope that makes sense.

Game pass additions and subtractions are posted to Xbox social media approximately two weeks in advance, as well as being featured in the Xbox app under “leaving soon”

NBA shows up every year for a couple months and then goes away. No one who posts here knows what is going on sale and when, though it is very frequently on sale

Family Pack did not convert, it expired, no extra three months!

I’m being told I can’t request a refund cause I’ve “reached a yearly limit” it’s a new year so im confused how I’ve reached a limit.

60$ for 2k22 digital copy? Outrageous!
