On the {9th day}, it added a row that said it was delivered on the {7th day}.

Also note, this delivery was to a Residence, occupied 24x7, not a Business, so the “Business Closed” entry makes no sense. The date shows as before the end date of the note.

GLS: both called and chatted. Totally useless. They even contradicted each other.

Microsoft: called on 12/06/2021 to complain about the failed delivery. They escalated a case.

Microsoft: Called again on 12/09/2021 when the “Delivered” first showed up as 12/06/2021: GLS back dated their data. MS agreed to cancel that shipment and send a new item via FedEx. That showed up the next day, 12/10/2021.



As of today, 12/11/2021, I checked the shipping results: It is marked as returned, currently back in Ontario, California.



So, it was marked as Delivered, then Returned? Wow, what magic did they use for that trick?

Totally bogus company that can't keep track of packages, nor deliver them as required. Marks it as Delivered, but then returns in when MS asks about it.

Good day. It's not allowing me to contact support. I believe my prepaid subscription expired 4 months prior to expired date because I activated the code in October 2020.its a 12 month subscription for Xbox live gold. And it expired on 03 05 2021.how in the hel is this possible. I need a refund or answer. If it is a 12 month subscription how can it expire after 7 months. This is not how I pictured Microsoft treating their clients. This is false advertising at its best. If this is not resolved I will be taking court actions against Microsoft. This is not my wrong doing.

There's no way to request a longer gamertag. Since he policy changed in 2019, you'll have to keep it to 12 characters.
