Xbox Reputation System

I was reported and blocked by a number of other players across a number of matches of competitive. One of these players claimed he had 10 accounts, and was going to block and report me on each one, so that my reputation would drop so drastically that I would
not be able to play Overwatch again. About 30 minutes after hearing this, my reputation drops so drastically that I am not able to find a match in Overwatch. My reputation has stayed this way, and I have not been able to play Overwatch for about 5 days. I
did nothing wrong, violated nothing in the Terms of Service or Code of Conduct of Xbox or Blizzard. I did not trash-talk in any way, in fact I did not even speak with this player. I simply played a character named Symmetra, and the other players did not want
me to play this character. Because the Reputation system on Xbox requires no investigation to take place, I have not been able to play my favorite video game, which I play very often, and I fear I will not be able to play it again for over a month due to this
absurd reputation system. I have over 500 hours on Overwatch, and I love that game. I am unable to play it now, for virtually no reason. I hope there is a way to reset the reputation of an account, because I would really appreciate if a member of the enforcement
team could reset the reputation on my account.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with this issue.

However, all is not lost. I have heard that people with an avoid me rep can play on Battlefield 4 and try to get their reps back up. Otherwise you could have friends of yours invite you to their fireteams in the game and you can play online that way.

onyxishere is correct: playing a wide variety of games will help to mend your rep. I also recommend reviewing many of the positive streamers out there and get tips from them. They can play pro and competitive, and do a lot of team-building and friend-making
in the process simply by keeping things very positive and being helpful in game.

The system is set up so that short term negative review blasts shouldn't have long-term effects on your rep.

If you feel that another player is abusing the system or is clearly violating the TOS in order to harass you, you may report them through your Xbox One and leave clear and specific notes.
