xbox reputation needs work

The Xbox Live community is comprised overwhelmingly of players with positive reputations, and so, the vast majority of profiles are rated ‘good.’ As a result, we are changing our reputation interface to draw attention only to players who have been rated
‘needs work’ or ‘avoid me’. For Xbox One Preview and Xbox app (beta) members, ‘good’ players’ profiles will no longer feature a reputation gauge, however, gamers whose profiles are tagged ‘needs work’ or ‘avoid me’ will continue to feature the reputation flag.''

As ngocphi said,only you can improve your rep,no one will reset it for you.

Rep is nothing to do with support.You can find out about the rep system & how it works

Playing free games like Star Trek Online,Neverwinter,World of Tanks etc. will help but it does take time.

only you can fix it

Look at your enforcement.xbox.com and check your rep reports and adjust your behaviour accordingly

This is th only info you need to fix your rep

Play fair and be nice and eventually your rep will go back up

Never winter or world's of tanks or open party or private party games are your best bet

TThe enforcement rep site is not a live view if your rep

It's mostly for identifying your bad behaviour

Which is self admitted by your own post

The only place to view your actual rep is the profile page

If you play legitimately online without bad feedback from the community you can rebuild your rep but it does take time

Thanks for your feedback, although I posted this here after being told by chat representatives at Microsoft that Enforcement Teams would reply. I was really looking for an Enforcement Rep. to reply and look into this matter. Nonetheless, thanks!

Reputation isn't a enforcement issue nor Do.they regulate it

Reputation is your peers opinion of you not something you can fix without changing your behaviour just like real life

It is the community's opinion of your behaviour

Since you have self.admitted cheating it's very valid

Enforcement does not use forums nor does customer support have any say on reputation

Your fellow players do have a say with their reports
