Discus and support Xbox report system in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my reputation keep saying going down to avoid me without me actually needing to do anything because it is so easy to report someone without a reason....     my reputation keep saying going down to avoid me without me actually needing to do anything because it is so easy to report someone without a reason. My reputation means I can't play certain games I really want to play

    The 1st amendment does not protect one from the consequences of speech, anyway. It protects the right of speech. The difference is significant and seems to be lost on some.

    Microsoft is a global company, your first amendment rights refer to your Government (I assume you are from the USA) not blocking or creating laws that woul prohibit your right to speak freely and peacefully protest against said US government. It
    does not give the right to freely insult, abuse or harras any other person. There are actually laws against such actions.

    There are no compromises when it comes to communication in terms of insults or anything like that. Whether you meant it rather funny or not. The written word counts. It's best to ignore such situations and report your opponent to Microsoft

    How? Because usually, they disable communication yet till this day he is sending hate speech through the party and he spams me invites but they should do something like this so they can't have communication with anyone for a bit so they learn their lesson.
