Xbox Report System

I'll get banned for trash talking a griefer. Okay thats fine. I guess I deserve it because I use curse words and the first amendment doesn't apply here. I wont be able to talk for 2 weeks or so. I report this modder who is trying to sell modded xboxs and
acc recoveries by resetting full lobbies to encourage people to do so but this person is still online and is continuing to do it. I've reported this person twice now and still no action. What is going on? Is xbox in kahoots with this person? Do they condone
this kind of behavior? They obviously don't tolerate cursing. I spend my money on this game they provided for me and play for hours progressing like any other person only to get completely reset by this person. Not to mention years of memberships and 15+ games
I've purchased off of your store. Why would I want to stay with xbox if this kind of stuff is okay? I don't know maybe I'm overreacting. Maybe someone here can give me advice or something to ease my disappointment and anger.

my reputation keep saying going down to avoid me without me actually needing to do anything because it is so easy to report someone without a reason. My reputation means I can't play certain games I really want to play

 

Unfortunately enforcement can't get to every report as soon as people would like. Cheating takes more evidence to go through to make an enforcement action than a voice/text issue so that may explain the delay. I can assure you that when enforcement gets
to your reports action will be taken.

As your for your enforcement action, the only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

 

As gamer all you can do is report someone you think that has breached the Code of Conduct or block that person.

Regarding your suspension seems you already are into the info so my suggestion is to get back and read the Code of Conduct regarding the report feature.

 

Microsoft is a global company, your first amendment rights refer to your Government (I assume you are from the USA) not blocking or creating laws that woul prohibit your right to speak freely and peacefully protest against said US government. It
does not give the right to freely insult, abuse or harras any other person. There are actually laws against such actions.

 

The laws about this service is that the 1st amendment (USA) does not apply to private services where you agree to their terms of service.

 

The 1st amendment does not protect one from the consequences of speech, anyway. It protects the right of speech. The difference is significant and seems to be lost on some.
